The primary objective of this role is to work alongside the Head of Finance to drive business performance and commercial analytics. A key focus of this role will be working with the finance team in ensuring the monthly close for the UK networks is accurate and complete, developing and automating tools to help analyse clinic performance across sales, profitability and other core KPIs. The role is predominantly an analyst role (FP&A), with aspects of reviewing month end close and accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly sales reporting and provide insight to Finance business partners and operational teams.
- KPI metrics including benchmarks vs other clinics/markets to maximise performance.
- Labor/Utilisation reporting and insight to partners.
- Producing Monthly Business performance reporting and Board reporting.
- Assisting with ROI analysis including focus on marketing and promotional spend.
- Supporting commercial negotiations, business cases and proposals.
- Review and monitor clinic performance monthly.
- Maintaining and building cashflow models to monitor clinic positions and funding requirements.
- Identify, drive and be involved with business initiatives including process improvements, systems implementation as required.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the organisation's business systems and processes and translate this into operational practical.

- Advanced Excel is required and desirable to have working knowledge of Power BI & other reporting platforms.

Experience:
- Proven analytical background.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an analytical role from a large retail/FMGC company or professional services background from a big 4 accounting firm, consulting firm or an investment.
