The Role You Could Play
Our Therapists play a pivotal role in the business with a mission to become the one clients rave about, delivering exceptional customer service experience every single day. You will work closely with your Clinic Manager and Team Leader to build a highly effective clinic that provides clients with accessible treatments, backed by medical experts.
What you will bring:
- Level 3 in Beauty Therapy - Required
- Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments - Required
- Previous experience working as a senior beauty therapist
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Able to carry out skin and laser treatments
- A minimum of 2 years experience in skin and laser treatments
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing an empathetic approach to help customers with all queries and skin concerns, offering desirable solutions
- Being an expert in your field, confidently delivering individualised skincare consultations including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling, and HydraFacial
- Communicating with fellow team members to navigate customers' experience seamlessly, including support with the day-to-day running of the clinic with treatment room cleanliness and hygiene
- Support on the front desk as required
