Global Talent Acquisition Consultant at Laser Clinics

Laser Clinics UK are looking for a recruitment resourcer to join the team. The Recruitment resourcer will assist and support our HR team in identifying and sourcing top talent. In this role you will contribute to the growth of our clinics by ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates for a variety of positions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and supporting the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates\’ qualifications and suitability
  • Conduct first stage interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities
  • Collaborate with the company leaders and clinics to support our growth plan
  • Act as an administrative support for all recruitment needs
  • Set up interviews and prepare notes from candidate screening calls

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is essential, ideally in the Medical, beauty or Aesthetic industry
  • Proven success in sourcing proactive talent, utilising various channels
  • Experience working with ATS Systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Confident and proactive approach to tasks
  • Highly competent in Microsoft teams and excel
  • Level 3 in beauty therapy is desirable but not essential
