As our Senior Lead, you'll be at the heart of a vibrant, playful, and nurturing club where children feel safe, supported, and excited to be themselves. You'll lead your team with positivity, champion high quality practice, and help shape a space where children thrive socially, emotionally, and physically.
Things that you will be doing:
- Creating amazing experiences every day by ensuring children receive high quality physical, social and emotional care - and supporting your team to deliver it with enthusiasm.
- Being the go to person for your staff team, offering guidance, encouragement, and a friendly face when things get busy.
- Building brilliant relationships with your catchment school, working together to make transitions smooth and communication strong.
- Partnering with families so every child's needs are understood, supported, and celebrated.
- Running the club day to day, keeping things organised, safe, and fun - from planning activities to managing routines.
- Championing quality and compliance, working alongside the Management Team to meet Care Inspectorate requirements and maintain high standards at all times.
- Leading by example, showing your team what great practice looks like in both group and individual work.
- Keeping everyone safe, ensuring the wellbeing of children, staff, and visitors is always your top priority.
This role will be working at our Roslin After School Club provision hours are:
Monday to Thursday 7am-9am then 2.30pm-6pm and Friday 7-9am then 12-6pm.
