As Senior Retail Analyst you will support the Retail Directors through leading and managing group retail projects as part of the growth initiatives in all our European Villages. This role is a hybrid role and can be based near our Las Rozas Village or our flagship, Bicester Village.

About the role

  • Providing key Business insights to identify opportunities and plan for key commercial moments.
  • Aligning with the Villages Teams to ensure the Brand engagement, coordinate the required actions, and supporting local teams.
  • Keeping good working relationship with the Brand partners, exchanging information for mutual business needs, attending to Brand meetings and following up on actions that will have a positive impact in all European Villages.
  • Supporting the Team Manager in Sales Projections for the Central Retail Brands, making sure the Long Term Strategy is part of the Sales Budget and Forecast.
  • Study and define opportunities within Central Retail Brand segments and clusters to increase revenue across the business.
  • Understand the reports and tools to be used by retail teams across the collection, mainly using Power BI platforms.

Role requirements

  • Financial acumen and exceptional data analysis skills.
  • Proven experience as a retail analyst.
  • Brand awareness and interest in Retail Industry.
  • Experience in preparing management reports as well as Board / C‑Suite presentations.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels, on a team and as an individual.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and high level of common sense.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or another European language.
