This full-time on-site position offers great opportunities for career growth. At Las Iguanas, our kitchens are where the fiesta begins. Inspired by the bold flavours and vibrant cultures of Latin America, we’re all about great food, fast pace and great teamwork. Our Kitchen Assistants play a key role in making it all happen. As a Kitchen Assistant you’ll support the kitchen team by helping with food prep, keeping work areas clean and organised, and making sure service runs smoothly during busy shifts. It’s a hands-on, energetic role where teamwork and reliability really matter.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation – work with the team to prepare starters and desserts to company standards.
  • Help with stock rotation – assist in unloading deliveries and ensuring everything is stored correctly.
  • Support the chefs – keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and sanitising all prep areas.
