Inspired by the bold flavours and vibrant cultures of Latin America, we’re all about great food, fast pace and great teamwork. Our Kitchen Assistants play a key role in making it all happen. As a Kitchen Assistant you’ll support the kitchen team by helping with food prep, keeping work areas clean and organised, and making sure service runs smoothly during busy shifts. It’s a hands-on, energetic role where teamwork and reliability really matter.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation – work with the team to prepare starters and desserts to company standards.
- Help with stock rotation – assist in unloading deliveries and ensuring everything is stored correctly.
- Support the chefs – keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and sanitising all prep areas.
