As a Deputy Manager, you will:
- Deliver an amazing guest experience - Ensure every visit to Las Iguanas is memorable.
- Take ownership & accountability - Make key decisions when leading shifts or in the absence of the General Manager.
- Lead & motivate the team - Build a positive work environment, helping to train and develop team members.
- Ensure restaurant safety & standards - Keep operations legal, safe, and efficient.
- Be commercially aware - Understand how decisions impact the business and help drive performance & profitability.
