Join Our South American Adventure as a Supervisor. This is a part time supervisor position between 15-25 hours per week. At Las Iguanas, it’s all about bold flavours, big energy and brilliant people. Inspired by the vibrant cultures of Latin America, our restaurants are places where great food, great vibes and unforgettable guest experiences come together and our Supervisors help keep the fiesta flowing.
As a Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front, supporting and motivating the team while making sure every guest gets the warm, lively Las Iguanas welcome. From running busy shifts and coaching team members to keeping standards high on the floor, you’ll play a key role in creating an atmosphere that feels energetic, inclusive and fun.
