As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently great food while working alongside a high‑energy kitchen team. You’ll lead by example during busy services, support junior team members, and help keep standards high across prep, cooking and presentation. We’re looking for a Chef De Partie who thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a close‑knit team. You’ll have solid kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and the confidence to run your section with pace and precision.

What You’ll Do as a Chef de Partie:

  • Organise, coordinate, and deliver service across one or more sections in our fast-paced kitchen.
