Join Our South American Adventure as a Chef / Chef De Partie / Grill Chef At Las Iguanas, our kitchens bring the heat. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently great food while working alongside a high‑energy kitchen team. You’ll lead by example during busy services, support junior team members, and help keep standards high across prep, cooking and presentation.
