Larwood Health Partnership is recruiting Care Navigators to join our team on a permanent basis. You will provide a reception service for patients and visitors, manage appointments, handle prescription requests and guide patients to the right clinician or service.
We require at least 2 years in customer service and/or busy office environment, with initiative, empathy and confidentiality. The Practice operates 08:00–20:00 Monday to Friday and Saturdays 08:45–17:00 in some sites.
