This is a varied and engaging role within a professional yet friendly office environment. The team is close knit, supportive and dynamic, and they are looking for someone who will become a valued long-term member of the department. This is not simply a desk-based administrative position - it is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives on organisation and takes genuine pride in delivering a high standard of service. Experience of commercial management within the property sector is desirable.
The Role:
- Working alongside senior members of the Commercial Property and Finance team, duties will include:
- Dealing confidently with enquiries from Clients, Tenants and contractors
- Arranging periodic property inspections and managing the associated administration
- Timetabling tasks on property management software, arranging works and monitoring contractor progress
- Issuing Service Charge Statements of Expenditure and Budgets
- Maintaining accurate property and data records
- Managing insurance renewals and ensuring internal records remain up to date
- Overseeing utility contracts and arranging meter readings
- Ensuring Health and Safety documentation is updated and retained
- Updating lease event dates
- Obtaining and maintaining Money Laundering documentation
You will also assist the wider commercial department with additional administration as required. This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm. No weekends.
