An established Insurance company near Sudbury, Suffolk have a wonderful opportunity for a charismatic, people-orientated Customer Service Advisor to join the team and provide a professional, warm service to new and existing clients. If you are an excellent communicator on the phone and via email, feel passionate about providing an excellent customer service and thrive in busy environments this could be the perfect role for you.
You will be working with a supportive team in a wonderful countryside setting. The position is office based Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate. A competitive salary is on offer depending on experience.
- Handling general enquiries, including new business, policy alterations and renewals
- Selling insurance policies and proactively looking for ways to upsell where possible
- Introducing the range of Financial Services and Risk Management products to new and existing clients
- Supporting team members in the management of key accounts
- Will demonstrate the drive and energy required to provide a fantastic customer service experience to existing and prospective clients
- Will hold a minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
