We are building a pipeline of exceptional candidates on behalf of our private family clients across the UK, and overseas, who are often seeking a trusted right-hand person to help manage the rhythm of busy family life. These are roles where no two days look alike. You'll be embedded into the heart of a family, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes acting as a true right hand support from school runs and children's schedules to household logistics, travel and personal administration. Discretion, trust, and a willing flexible attitude are of the upmost importance.

Typical Responsibilities involve:
  • Managing children's diaries from school, sports, clubs and holiday activities
  • Complex family diary management, scheduling and coordinating across multiple household members
  • Overseeing household operations and liaising with domestic staff, tradespeople and service providers as needed
  • Organising family travel, accommodation, packing and itineraries
  • Errands, personal shopping, gift buying and occasion planning
  • Email and correspondence management on behalf of the principal or family
  • Ad hoc project management for any renovations, events, moves and one-off family needs
  • Acting as a warm, consistent and trusted presence for school-age children
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience as a PA, EA, family assistant, nanny or household manager or similar
  • Background supporting families, private principals or UHNW/HNW households preferred
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Impeccable references
