A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded private holiday park estate in a coastal spot near Kings Lynn, Norfolk, overseeing operations across multiple sites (6). This is an exciting role, ideal for someone with a proven background in holiday park management, estate operations, or hospitality environments, seeking a long-term position within a loyal, hardworking and supportive team.
The Role:
- You will take full responsibility for the daily operations, presentation standards, maintenance, health and safety, and compliance across the parks, ensuring everything is maintained to an exceptional standard.
- Acting as the first point of contact for over 400+ caravan owners, you will play a central role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a well-run, efficient operation.
- You will regularly visit up to six additional sites, so being able to drive and travel between locations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of multiple holiday park sites
- Maintaining high standards across grounds, landscaping, facilities, repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and legal requirements
- Leading and managing teams across grounds, maintenance, reception and aftersales
- Providing strong, visible leadership and team support
- Managing budgets, cost control and operational efficiency
- Supporting park development projects and improvements
- Overseeing all aspects of maintenance planning and delivery
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing owner relationships
- Acting as a key point of communication for homeowners and stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Operations Manager, Park Manager or Estate Manager with a strong operational background
- A proven track record of long-standing roles, demonstrating loyalty and consistency
