A distinguished retreat nestled in the picturesque countryside of south Suffolk is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. The Marketing Manager will be accountable for creating and implementing marketing strategies to showcase the business and contribute to its growth and performance. You will work autonomously taking ownership over projects whilst working closely with, and reporting directly to, the Director and General Manager. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring a creative and commercially minded Marketing professional who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is confident working independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels
  • Managing and growing social media presence to engage target audience
  • Conducting market research and analysing performance metrics to continuously optimise marketing efforts
  • Overseeing and liaising with key stakeholders on brand identity to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
  • Collaborating with the wider team to align marketing activity with business objectives
  • Coordinating promotional events to enhance guest engagement and drive revenue
  • Hands-on content creation during key moments and events

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and executing marketing strategies, content marketing, and campaign planning, ideally within the hospitality or luxury services sector
  • Proven strengths in social media management and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and analytics
  • Competency in content creation including copywriting, advertising, and brand storytelling
  • Experience managing corporate partnerships and coordinating events
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and translate insights into strategy and ability to communicate these to key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to commute to and work fully on-site Monday - Friday with some ad-hoc weekend requirements
