About the role:
- The Sales Associate will join the New Business Development Team focusing on a Commercial Insurance portfolio.
- This is a fast-paced driven position which will have you out there independently winning new accounts, prospecting leads, converting conversations and utilising targeted marketing campaigns that bring results to fruition.
- Working alongside a team of experts you will be encouraged and supported and will receive full training to ensure you are fully licensed on company products.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prospect and manage your own leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business working to KPIs.
- Develop trusted, long-term client relationships turning connections into accounts.
- Introduce clients to the wider business cross-selling with internal services and teams.
- Work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (insurance industry experience is a bonus).

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation and the resilience to work independently.
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g. CII) is desirable but not essential as professional development is available.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle as there will be travel involved to visit clients.
