We are working with a global data centre group on a Commercial Counsel hire for their UK team. This role will join a company operating in 20+ countries and an equally global legal team to support on matters of commercial contracts.
The Role
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with both in house and private practice exposure who is passionate about the growing industry of data centres. If you have:
- 6+ PQE
- Both In house and Private Practice background
- Experience working with or for Data Centre groups or Hyperscalers
- Expertise in complex commercial contracts specifically operations agreements relating to hyperscale agreements
