Commercial Counsel (Remote) We're working with a global technology and digital services business operating across 50+ countries, supporting major enterprises on cloud, data centre and infrastructure transformation. The business is continuing to invest in its in-house legal function and is now looking to appoint a Commercial Counsel to support its UK and EMEA operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, international legal team in a broad, commercially focused role with strong stakeholder exposure. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology services, SaaS, licensing and outsourcing agreements Advising the business on day-to-day commercial and contractual matters across a range of sectors and jurisdictions Providing pragmatic legal advice on risk management, contract strategy and regulatory considerations Contributing to the development of legal templates, processes and best practice across the function Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with strong commercial contracts experience Background working within the data infrastructure or hyperscaler industry Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment
