The team advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, trustees and entrepreneurs on complex cross-border wealth structuring, succession planning and trust matters. This role offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated international private client work and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities
- International and domestic tax, trust and estate planning for wealthy individuals and families
- Cross-border succession planning and inheritance structuring
- Trust establishment, administration and restructuring
- Advising on offshore structures and wealth-holding vehicles
- UK tax considerations affecting internationally mobile individuals
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trust documentation and related legal instruments
- Advising trustees, settlors, protectors and beneficiaries on trust-related matters
- Supporting clients with business succession and long-term wealth preservation strategies
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers while enjoying significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.

- Strong experience in private client, trusts and tax matters
