Our client, a highly regarded international firm in London, is seeking Corporate Associates (3+ PQE) to join its expanding Corporate team.
The Role
You will work closely with a market-leading team on a broad mix of complex, high-value transactions across the full corporate spectrum, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Private Equity (PE)
- Venture Capital (VC)
The role offers genuine variety, cross-border exposure, and the chance to work within a highly collaborative, wellâresourced environment.
About You
- 3+ PQE as a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK/Ireland/Scotland qualification)
- Experience from a leading UK, Irish, or Scottish law firm
- Strong academics, exceptional technical ability, and sound commercial judgement
- A proactive, teamâoriented approach and the ability to build strong client relationships
*Or equivalent representative UK experience and a common law qualified jurisdiction.
