Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on investment management activities, including fund formation, structuring, and distribution.
- Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial agreements, including investment documentation, service provider contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
- Advise on UK and EU financial services regulation, including FCA requirements, AIFMD, MiFID II, and ESG-related disclosures.
- Support the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications
