Operating across Europe with a growing global footprint, they execute multiple transactions each year and work closely with external advisers and internal stakeholders to deliver deals efficiently and commercially. The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware Deal Execution / Legal Operations professional to support the smooth delivery of investment transactions from documentation through to signing. You will act as the connective tissue between internal teams, external counsel, and decision‐makers, quietly but effectively ensuring that nothing stalls and that all documentation reflects agreed commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal & Process Coordination
    • Manage the end‐to‐end execution process for investment transactions, from initial documentation through to signing and completion.
    • Track deliverables, deadlines, and approvals to ensure deals progress smoothly.
    • Maintain oversight of multiple transactions running in parallel.
  • Legal & Contract Support
    • Support the preparation, review, and circulation of contracts, term sheets, and execution documents.
    • Ensure that commercially agreed terms are accurately reflected in final documentation, flagging discrepancies where needed.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a central point of contact between Legal, Investment, Finance, Tax, and senior approvers.
    • Proactively chase inputs and signatures in a diplomatic, relationship‐driven manner.
    • Help a junior in‐house legal function by taking ownership of process, administration, and execution logistics.

Candidate Profile

  • Ideal Background: Legal Secretary / Senior Legal Assistant (transactional focus), or Paralegal (corporate / commercial / funds / finance), or In‐house Legal Operations, Contracts, or Deal Coordination role.
  • Experience from either law firm or in‐house environments.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Comfortable working with contracts, paperwork, and execution mechanics.
  • Commercially aware - able to understand the intent of a deal even if not negotiating it.
  • MUST have experience working in investment management, portfolio manager, family office, etc.
