Key Responsibilities
- Advise lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security packages.
- Support clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from structuring and term sheet negotiation to closing and post-closing matters.
- Coordinate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver seamless cross-border advice.
- Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory developments affecting the leveraged finance space.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- Required Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
- 1-6 years PQE ideally gained at a top-tier UK or international law firm.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
