We are working with a leading international law firm with a highly regarded Intellectual Property practice, seeking to hire a mid-level Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its London team. The role sits within a well-established Soft IP group, advising a diverse client base across retail, technology, and sports sectors, with a strong emphasis on brand-driven and consumer-facing businesses.
You will work across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious Soft IP matters, including:
- Trade mark portfolio management, prosecution and enforcement
- Copyright advisory and disputes
- Brand protection strategies and anti-counterfeiting work
- IP aspects of commercial agreements (including licensing, distribution, and sponsorship arrangements)
- Advertising, marketing and consumer law advisory
- Domain name disputes and online brand enforcement
The role offers regular client contact and the opportunity to work closely with market-leading partners on both standalone IP matters and as part of wider cross-border commercial and corporate transactions.
The team acts for a high-profile and international client base, particularly across:
- Retail & Consumer Brands - fashion, luxury, and FMCG
- Technology - digital platforms, software, and e-commerce businesses

- Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-5 years' PQE
