You will advise on a range of real estate finance transactions, including:
- Large-scale acquisition, investment and development finance matters
- Bespoke and structured real estate-backed lending

- Acting for leading global banks, debt funds, institutional investors and sponsors
- Cross-border transactions involving premium real estate assets and complex structures
Associates are given responsibility from an early stage, playing a central role on transactions and working directly with sophisticated clients.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years' PQE in real estate finance at a top-tier City or international firm
- Strong technical grounding in secured lending and real estate finance
