We are working closely with a leading international law firm on the growth of its highly regarded Intellectual Property practice. The team is seeking a 3+ PQE IP Litigation Associate to support its expanding disputes offering in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier IP disputes team acting on complex, high-value and often cross-border matters. The practice advises a broad range of clients including global technology companies, life sciences businesses, media organisations and fast-growing innovative brands.
You will play a key role in advising on a wide range of IP disputes, with a focus on:
- Patent, trade mark, copyright and design litigation
- High Court and appellate proceedings, including multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Strategic enforcement and defence of IP rights
- Disputes in sectors such as tech, life sciences, media and retail
The team is known for handling cutting-edge matters at the intersection of IP, technology and innovation, offering strong exposure to market-leading work.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3+ years' PQE in intellectual property litigation from a recognised practice
- Demonstrate strong technical ability across IP disputes (experience in patents is advantageous but not essential)
- Be confident managing aspects of complex cases with appropriate supervision
- Have excellent drafting, analytical and client-facing skills
