Our client, a highly respected international law firm, is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Finance team in London.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a close-knit, high-performing team on a broad spectrum of finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy financing. The role offers significant responsibility, direct client contact, and the chance to make a real impact from day one.

What You\’ll Do

You\’ll advise a diverse range of clients including banks, development banks, funds, alternative lenders, and borrowers on:

  • Bilateral bank lending
  • Acquisition finance
  • Real estate finance
  • Project finance (renewable energy)
  • Cross-border financings in emerging markets (North Africa, CEE/SEE)
  • Venture debt and asset finance

About You

Looking for a technically excellent banking lawyer who can apply their legal skills in a practical, commercial way. You\’ll have:

Skills & Experience

  • Solid post-qualification experience in banking/finance from a leading law firm
  • Proven ability to manage aspects of complex transactions and client relationships
  • Flexibility to support a broad range of debt transactions
  • Strong knowledge of key legal areas and ability to provide clear, practical advice
  • A genuine interest in working for a truly international firm
