A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Private Wealth Associate to join its highly regarded Bristol-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity to advise high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and trustees on a broad range of private client matters while working alongside recognised experts in the field.
The team is known for delivering pragmatic, commercial advice on complex wealth structuring, succession planning and tax matters, acting for clients across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and succession planning matters.
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
- Providing inheritance tax, capital gains tax and wealth preservation advice.
- Advising trustees, executors and beneficiaries on trust and estate administration.
- Supporting clients with the structuring and protection of family wealth.
- Working closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and landed estates on succession matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
About You
- UK qualified solicitor with approximately 2-6 years' PQE in Private Wealth, Private Client or Trusts & Estates.
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, estate administration and tax planning.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- STEP qualification, or a willingness to work towards this, would be advantageous.
