Key Responsibilities Advise lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security packages.
Support clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from structuring and term sheet negotiation to closing and post-closing matters.
Coordinate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver seamless cross-border advice.
