Key Responsibilities
  • Advise lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security packages.
  • Support clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from structuring and term sheet negotiation to closing and post-closing matters.
  • Coordinate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver seamless cross-border advice.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory developments affecting the leveraged finance space.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
Required Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
  • 2-4 years post-qualification experience in leveraged finance, ideally gained at a top-tier UK or international law firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of debt finance structures and documentation.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
