Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Employment Lawyer to join their dynamic and collaborative Employment team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor with a proven track record in top-tier private practice to take on a high-profile role advising global clients across a broad spectrum of employment matters.
Responsibilities:
- UK qualification and a strong academic pedigree (2:1 or above from a leading university; LPC or SQE completed)
- Training and experience from a top-tier UK or international law firm
- Extensive experience handling a diverse caseload of employment matters with minimal supervision
- Exceptional drafting skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- Strong management and leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior lawyers and managing client relationships
About The Role:
- Advising on contentious, advisory, and transactional employment matters
- Handling complex tribunal claims, High Court litigation, and pre-action correspondence and negotiations
- Providing strategic guidance on cross-border employment issues, including international restructurings, secondments, and compliance
