- Advising on contentious, advisory, and transactional employment matters

- Collaborating closely with corporate, regulatory, and tax colleagues on M&A transactions, TUPE transfers, and executive compensation
- Supporting clients across sectors including financial services, technology, life sciences, and professional services
Responsibilities
- UK qualification and a strong academic pedigree (2:1 or above from a leading university; LPC or SQE completed)
