We are excited to be partnered with a global and renowned law firm based in London, UK. Our client's Private Client Advisory team is renowned for its work with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and family offices. The team advises on complex domestic and international matters, specialising in UK and cross-border tax and estate planning, succession strategies, and the structuring of wealth through trusts, corporate entities, and family governance frameworks. They are highly experienced in navigating international tax regimes, transparency requirements, and advising clients with US connections.
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with partners and associates in the Private Client Advisory team, advising on a broad range of private client matters.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on inheritance tax and cross-border estate planning
- Navigate residence and domicile rules and pre-immigration strategies
- Draft Wills and manage estates
- Advise non-UK domiciled individuals
- Oversee trust administration and taxation
- Develop sophisticated wealth structuring solutions
- Support clients through evolving tax regimes and transparency requirements
- Handle Court of Protection matters
- Proven experience in Private Client advisory work, particularly with UHNW clients and US-exposure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and drafting ability
- Commercial acumen and relationship-building capability
- High levels of client contact and responsibility for client files
- Strong academic background and technical expertise
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
