We are currently partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a junior Capital Markets Associate (1-2 PQE) into its London office. The Role

You will be involved in a broad range of capital markets work, with a strong international focus. This will include:

  • Equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings
  • Debt capital markets work, including high‑yield and investment‑grade issuances
  • Advising on SEC‑registered and Rule 144A/Reg S offerings
  • Supporting on liability management exercises and other complex financing transactions
  • Working directly with clients, including major corporates, financial sponsors, and leading investment banks

Associates in the team benefit from early responsibility and significant client exposure, while continuing to receive hands‑on support and development from senior lawyers.

Candidate Profile

  • England & Wales or US qualified (NY preferred), with 1-2 years' PQE
  • Experience in capital markets from a leading international or top‑tier firm
  • Strong technical grounding and a genuine interest in cross‑border work
  • Excellent academic background
  • Commercially minded with strong communication skills
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

US‑qualified candidates already based in London or with a clear plan to relocate will be considered.
