At Larry King London, we're looking for an imaginative, proactive and fast-moving Social Media Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who lives and breathes content, loves bringing ideas to life, and gets excited about turning everyday moments into engaging social-first storytelling.
You'll work closely with our Brand & Marketing Manager to create, capture and share content across our social channels, helping to grow and evolve our London born salons and haircare brand. No two days are the same. One day you'll be filming backstage at a shoot, the next you'll be editing reactive TikToks, analysing campaign performance, brainstorming creative concepts or helping coordinate influencer collaborations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with content planning, scheduling and social media calendars.
- Creating, filming and editing engaging social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
- Capturing photography and video content across shoots, events, salons and product launches.
- Bringing fresh ideas, energy and personality to our social channels every day.
- Spotting trends, formats and cultural moments, then adapting them in a way that feels authentic to the Larry King London brand.
- Monitoring social media performance and helping identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Supporting influencer outreach, gifting and collaboration opportunities.
- Conducting market, competitor and trend research.
- Supporting wider marketing activity including campaigns and CRM.
