Your passion and creativity will be important to continue to develop the subjects in the school. We are looking to explore the future possibilities for creating more learning outside the classroom and to run trips that make the subject come alive for all our students. • Teaching and Learning
• Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons for students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
• Assess and track student progress, offering support and encouragement to help them reach their full potential.
• Contribute to the development of an inspiring and enriching curriculum.
• Ensure lessons are inclusive, meeting the needs of all learners.

• Pastoral Care:
• Provide thoughtful guidance and support as a tutor to a group of students, helping them grow both academically and personally.
• Contribute to the academy’s broader mission and community values.
• Take an active role in our vibrant extra-curricular program, offering students experiences that extend beyond the classroom.
