To be a valued member of the management team within Business South assisting with our plans to grow our client base and develop our team. Working closely with the Senior Management Team and Partners, this role is key in ensuring the service offering is delivered efficiently and to a high standard across the Firm.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, coaching and supporting team members, overseeing and taking responsibility for the management and deployment of resources, building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and clients, and contributing to the further development of the firm’s client base.
Clear communication skills, strong people development skills, solution focused, innovation, and the ability to organise yourself and others are essential.
