From coaching and mentoring to performance development and recruitment, you’ll play a central role in building an environment where people feel valued, motivated, and equipped to deliver outstanding client service. You’ll be the person who brings clarity, encouragement, and direction, helping others thrive while strengthening the relationships that define our firm.
As a key member of the management team, you’ll also drive business growth, manage a portfolio of valued clients, and work closely with Partners and Senior Managers to deliver high‑quality service across the firm. Your ability to spot opportunities, build connections, and represent the firm externally will help shape our future and deepen our impact in the local community.
What you’ll lead and shape:
