An opportunity has arisen for a Facilities team member to join our Support Services team. This role will involve a high degree of manual tasks including various housekeeping duties plus basic administration tasks. The role may also involve booking contractors for service call outs of faulty machines.
This opportunity would suit someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to tasks, and can be self-motivated as well as being part of a hard-working close-knit team.

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet visitors, including making visitor drinks
- Ordering and on-site collection of supplies and deliveries
- Booking and greeting contractors for minor works
- Kitchen housekeeping including stock replenishment, loading/unloading dishwashers and coffee machine maintenance
- Other general office maintenance including stationery maintenance, maintaining plants, changing light bulbs, etc
- Assistance with events co-ordination including some manual handling such as room furniture set up
- Assistance with incoming post—scanning and distribution
- Various other minor admin tasks such as photocopying, franking of outgoing post and printing labels and signs (using Microsoft Word and basic spreadsheets using Excel skills)
- Assisting the firm in maintaining its recycling, Health & Safety and risk management policies and procedures
Personal Specification
Education and qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 to 9 (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
Experience
- Great at organising tasks and workload priorities.
- Adaptable and tenacious when working towards a solution.
- A good collaborator and develop relationships with people at all levels of the firm and with external service providers.
- A strong multitasker able to manage several different tasks to completion in a timely manner.
