Job information Assistant Manager Wine Bar from the Company Lark, located in the city Worthing in the country United Kingdom . This job opening is open to job seekers who have a GCSE education.

Job Responsibility:

Lark is the newest addition to the Worthing food & drink scene, set to open July 2024. Focusing on low-intervention wines, seasonal food plates and cocktails, this is a small, town-centre venue with an emphasis on quality.

Looking for an assistant manager to work alongside the owner. The working week will be Wednesday to Sunday, approximately 45 hours a week, as the venue will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The ideal candidate will be hospitable, motivated, responsible, and reliable. Experience in the industry is preferable, but attitude and character are equally important. The business will provide industry qualifications, such as WSET and personal licence, which are mutually beneficial.

This is a real opportunity for someone who has a passion for the industry to develop while being part of an opening. The job type is full-time, with a pay of £30,000.00 per year, and the work location is in person.
