Our care home has stunning views from both sides looking onto beautiful Kent countryside, and provides a cosy and homely feel for up to 64 residents. We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia & Respite Care.
Contract £13.03 per hour, contracted to 36-48 hours per week. Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person-centred care that supports dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive, and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance, and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
