The Lark Rise is a large sports pub located on a busy high street with good connections with local colleges and university. It has large TV screens for sports supported by ample space for entertainment and pool tables. The pub benefits from uplifts in sales during school seasons along with tourism in general.
The pub has a small commercial kitchen suitable for a basic food offering plus a beer garden with parking for approximately 3 cars. The pub is trading at £9600 per week, currently 100% Wet lead, however, there is an opportunity to increase sales through the addition of a basic bar menu and developing a varied live entertainment plan at weekends to encourage university student attraction.
Accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
