Lark & Berry is a luxury jewellery brand redefining fine jewellery through innovation, design, and sustainability. We are a small, fast‑moving team and are looking for an AI-Driven Content Marketing Manager who can own our content end‑to‑end while embracing a hands‑on, collaborative working environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury storytelling, is fluent in modern AI‑powered content creation, and is equally comfortable crafting elegant digital content and engaging with customers in‑store.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for creating and executing content across all brand touchpoints — social media, email marketing, website content, and in‑store storytelling — ensuring everything reflects the tone, detail, and polish expected of a luxury brand.
  • As part of a small team, adaptability is essential. While content is your core focus, there will be days where you may support with in‑store activities, inventory, or administrative tasks.
  • This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and contributing wherever needed.
  • You will regularly spend time in‑store engaging with customers to understand their needs, motivations, and feedback, using these insights to inform authentic and high‑performing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimise luxury content across social media, email campaigns, website, and brand communications.
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Use AI tools to ideate, draft, refine, and repurpose content efficiently while maintaining a premium brand voice.
  • Work closely with customers in‑store to gain first‑hand insight into buying behaviour and preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Conduct market and competitor research within the luxury sector.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimise content.
  • Support the wider team with inventory or administrative tasks when required.

About You

  • Proven experience creating luxury or premium brand content.
  • Strong writing skills across social, email, and web content.
  • Confident using AI tools as part of a modern content workflow.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media best practices, and content analytics.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and happy to support beyond your core role when needed.
  • Confident and personable, with the ability to engage customers professionally in‑store.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Availability to work some Saturdays, as required.
