Responsibilities
- Execute the Creative Sound Design Vision
- Lead, support and train the Sound Design Team
- Distribute tasks to the Sound Design Team
- Review and sign-off tasks for the Sound Design Team
- Support to develop the Creative Sound Design Vision
- Manage the collaboration with our outsourcing partners
- Collaborate closely with and report to the Head of Audio
- Collaborate closely with the Audio Leadership team
- Communicate with Stakeholders, Producers and Feature Teams
Requirements
- Full project loop as a Senior Sound Designer or Sound Design Lead on a AAA title, ideally in medium/large teams
- Lead experience within Sound Design teams
- Proficiency in Jira
- Proficient in building up, maintaining and delivering a Sound Design Vision
- Solid understanding of the Game Audio pipeline from Asset to Soundscape
- Profound mastering of Wwise
- Profound general audio production knowledge: how assets are created, mixed and mastered
Nice to Haves
- Worked on an RPG
- Proficient knowledge of Foley and Field recordings
- Good understanding of script systems to create customized scalable automated solutions
- Basic knowledge in programming (C# / C++)
