ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain all development toolsDesign, implement and maintain user interfacesIdentify and solve problems in our content creation workflows and pipelinesWork with a multi-disciplinary team to implement new engine and editor featuresBe a driving force behind feature development, instrumental in finding the best solutions for new engine and tools featuresCommunicate openly and regularly with team members and stakeholders

RequirementsExcellent C# and .NET skills for desktop applicationsSolid understanding of WPF and XAMLC++ general knowledgeOpen-minded and willing to iterate on a feature based on feedbackThe ability to analyse and understand the workflows of other disciplinesYou seek constructive criticism and are open to discuss issues or requests with end-usersYou are passionate about improving developer productivity and communicate in a supportive wayYou are a team player and willing to take ownership of tools, planning and communicationDriving feature development from start to finishFluent written and spoken EnglishThis is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity

Nice to have2+ years of experience creating tools for game developmentFamiliarity with PythonExperience developing DCC (digital content creation) pipelinesExperience writing plugins/tools for Maya/BlenderExperience making mods for larger games
