As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Junior UI Designer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
As Junior UI Designer you will take ownership of the design, quality and timely production of UI features for our games. You will collaborate with other stakeholders, to process and integrate feedback, as part of our highly iterative development process. Reporting to the UI/UX Director, you will work in a tight-knit team responsible for delivering world-class UI features for our RPGs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the flow and theme of the game UI.
- Ensure all your UIs are brilliantly designed.
- Create designs of game UI features.
- Create UI setup and layouts in game using the provided tools following set guidelines.
- Collect and provide feedback and apply it as intended by your design leads.
- Develop UIs for multiple platforms and input methods.
Requirements
- Excellent skills in designing and creating visual assets.
- An understanding of UI design patterns.
- Technical/hands-on experience building user interfaces with UX/UI authoring tools.
- Understanding of and ability to communicate with team members from different disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a number of design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe XD or Figma.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

- You are familiar with the RPG genre and have played many RPGs extensively and critically.
- You have been involved in game production and have hands-on experience in delivering UI features.
- You worked on an RPG interface design and production.
