We are seeking a Strategic Advisor to join our Advisory Board. This role is designed for a legal professional with international experience—ideally within high-performance environments—to provide the practitioner's "Gold Standard" to our R&D and global expansion strategy.
Key Advisory Pillars
- AI Governance: Advising on "Hallucination Liability" protocols to ensure platform drafting meets professional ethics and regulatory standards.
- Product Validation: Providing high-level feedback on UX/UI workflows to align with the habits of elite legal practitioners.
- Jurisdictional Strategy: Assisting in the roadmap for international adaptation, specifically focusing on the UK and European markets.
- Institutional Trust: Lending professional credibility to our funding rounds and strategic partnerships.
Structure & Commitment
- Time Commitment: Approximately 8 hours per month (Advisory calls and asynchronous document review).
- Fixed Equity: 0.75% on a 2-year vesting schedule (3-month cliff).
- Performance Top-up: An additional 0.5% equity grant tied to 5-7 key strategic milestones to be determined upon appointment (evaluated 12 months after start date).
- Professional Alignment: This role is designed to complement current senior practitioners looking to expand their portfolio in Legal-Tech.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in Legal Operations, Contract Management, or International Law.
- Background: Experience at top-tier international firms or global corporations (e.g., Magic Circle, or Big 4).
- Skills: Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for our 2026/27 expansion roadmap.
