A Senior Garden Support Worker is needed to provide both practical and educational support to participants of LArche Belfast's horticultural and outdoor programmes, in cooperation with the Garden Project Leader. LArche Belfast Village is situated in the Castlereagh Hills and is a multi-functional facility open to individuals with and without a learning disability. We offer a variety of activities such as gardening, cooking, woodwork, arts and crafts.

The main purpose of this job is to support all project participants to develop their horticultural and outdoor craft skills, work as a key member of the team delivering an excellent horticultural training programme, and ensure Health and Safety and other statutory requirements of the programme are met in accordance with the organisation's commitment to standards.
