The LArche Village Support Workers will assist the Village Workshop Facilitators to provide both practical and educational support to participants of LArche Belfast's Village programme. LArche Belfast Village is situated in the Castlereagh Hills and is a multi-functional facility open to individuals with and without a learning disability. We offer a variety of activities such as gardening, cooking, woodwork, arts and crafts.
The main purpose of this job is to support all project participants in our activities programme, work as a key member of the team and ensure all Health and Safety and other statutory requirements of the programme are met in accordance with the organisation's commitment to standards.
